BTM ACADEMY
Dance at your best to any song,
including the ones you have never heard
A six month freestyle training that gives you one thing to work on at a time, so you can tell whether you are actually getting better.
One payment. Instant access. Thirty days to decide.

Eighty-five dancers came to Paris and paid £397 to be in the room for this training. This is that training, laid out as 13 lessons across 26 weeks, plus everything BTM has built around it since 2019.
WHAT IT DOES FOR YOU
Three things change, and you will feel all three
01
You come back the moment you drift
You learn to catch yourself the second you get in your head, and reconnect with the music on the spot, so you keep performing instead of spiralling into stress.
02
An unknown song stops being a threat
You walk into any track, even one you have never heard, and know what to do with it. Calm, playing with the music, instead of scrambling to catch every beat.
03
Your rounds read as intentional
You add structure to what you already do, so your dancing looks mature and clean, without learning a single new move.
WHY I BUILT THIS
The relationship with the music has no ceiling
I have been dancing for over twenty years. For most of that time I chased what most dancers chase, cleaner movement, more creative movement, moves that make a crowd react.
That matters, and I still love it. But over the years I ran into something I did not expect. There is a ceiling to it. Your body can only do so much, and as you get older, some of what you could do, you cannot do the same way anymore.
A whole other dimension opens up the moment you commit to deepening how you connect with the music. And you do not need years behind you to start. You can build this from the very beginning, and it puts you in a far stronger position than a dancer who leaves the music second.
That is why a song you do not know stops being a threat. When the music leads, you do not need to have heard it before. You just need to know how to listen.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF
You recognise yourself here
You overthink when a song you do not know drops
You keep moving, but the stress takes over and you stop enjoying the round. You want to feel free on any track, not just the ones you were hoping for.
You are technically solid but chasing the beat
Your moves are there, but you know the music could be leading you, and you want to command a round through musicality, not just vocabulary.
Your musicality has not grown with your movement
You have been drilling for a while, you sense something is missing, and you are ready to develop the side of dancing that has no ceiling.
THE UNPRODUCTIVE WAY
Three things dancers try, and why none of them work
Learning more moves
You tell yourself a bigger arsenal would make you ready for anything. But you have watched dancers with half your vocabulary command a round. It was never a moves problem, it is a connection problem.
Chasing the beat
When you do not know the song you try to catch every sound, and it leaves you rushed, tense and a step behind. Chasing the music is not the same as playing with it.
Memorising the song
You think knowing the track well enough will finally connect you to it. But it just makes you overthink. Reciting what you hear and embodying what you hear are two different things.
You were taught to prepare your body. You were never taught how to connect with the music in the moment.
HOW YOU PRACTISE IT
Are you actually getting better?
Now you can answer that
Every lesson comes with a practice sheet. One page gives you the idea, the trap to avoid, the level to work at, and how to know when you have it.
The second page is the log. One line after each session.
In your first session you find out how long it takes you to drift from the music. On day one it is usually most of a round. That number is the first thing that starts moving.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
13 lessons. 26 weeks. In order.
This is not a folder of videos to watch however you like. It is a path with one focus at a time, so every two weeks you can look back and see what actually changed. Tap any lesson to see what is inside it.

AND NINE LAB SESSIONS
Watch me work with the dancers, live
After each day in Paris I spent an hour working with the dancers on that day’s subject. All nine sessions are recorded and included. You are watching me answer the exact questions you are about to have.
LAB 01
Practice vs performance, embracing the shift in state of mind
LAB 02
Finding your anchor, individual strategies for a mental reset
LAB 03
The paradox of focus, attracting the audience through the music
LAB 04
Genre adaptation, applying jump principles to hip-hop and house
LAB 05
Lyric precision, simplifying complex patterns and listening with the body
LAB 06
Mental resets, grounding your baseline during off days and stress
LAB 07
Overcoming rushing, holding rhythms and avoiding autopilot movement
LAB 08
Jazz and unpredictable music, using on mechanics for safe navigation
LAB 09
Finding natural movement, minimalist versus expanded range
PART TWO
This is where most trainings stop
A training tells you what to do. It cannot tell you whether it is landing. That is the part almost nobody sells you, and it is the reason most dancers stall. So it comes with the training, not instead of it.
INCLUDED, ONE
A class every Tuesday, since 2019
We have been meeting on a Tuesday evening for years. Weeks one and two are practice. Week three is the BTM Cypher and mentoring. Every second month a guest teacher takes the session.
Some weeks I look at the names in the class and half of them have been there since the beginning.
What you get: the live class every Tuesday at 6pm London, and every one of them recorded. If Tuesdays do not work for you, nothing is lost. Plenty of members rarely make the live one and still get everything else out of it.
INCLUDED, TWO
Somewhere your work gets seen
You film something, you watch it back once, and it sits on your phone. Nobody sees it. You learn nothing from it.
Posting your own dancing might feel uncomfortable at first. Everybody in the community has done it, and some say the first post was the hardest part of joining. But I have never heard anyone say they regretted it, because it is one of the best ways to build real evidence of your own progress.

REAL POSTS FROM THE CIRCLE · WEEK 4 THROUGH WEEK 44
INCLUDED, THREE
28 guest workshops. 27 teachers.
Every two months I invite a guest teacher to teach a full session. All 28 recorded so far are yours the moment you join, and every future one is included in the same payment.

INCLUDED, FOUR
A system that tells you what comes next
Most practice does not compound, and it is rarely because the dancer is lazy. It is because nothing is telling them what comes next, so they repeat what they already know and call it training.
What you get: when you join you answer a short set of questions about where you are and what you want from your dancing. That builds your roadmap. From then on you are working on one thing at a time, in order, and you can see how far you have moved rather than guessing.
EVERYTHING YOU GET
One payment. All of it.
The 13 lesson training, weeks 1 to 26, yours at your own pace
Nine Lab sessions, an hour of live mentoring recorded after each day
A practice sheet for every lesson, plus the log that shows you the change
The weekly Tuesday class, live at 6pm London, and every recording
28 guest workshops from 27 teachers, and every one that comes after
Community access, where you post your work and get feedback from me and the community
The progress tracking system and the roadmap it builds around your goals
Access for as long as BTM Academy exists, and it has run since 2019
WHAT THIS IS WORTH
Two numbers, and what they leave out
£397
What eighty-five dancers paid to be in the room in Paris for three days. That is the price of this whole offer, and the training is only the first of the things in it.
£14,000
I pay every guest teacher who comes to teach. So far that is more than £5,600 invested to put those sessions in front of members. Those are online rates. When the same teachers give the same material in person, a class with any one of them starts at £500, which puts at least £14,000 of teaching in that library.
And that is still only two of them. It does not include the weekly class, running every week for years. It does not include the progress tracking system. And it does not include community access itself, which is the part I could not put a number on if I tried.
WHAT IT COSTS YOU

£397

30 day money back guarantee
Come inside and use it properly. Watch the first lesson, come to a class, post your training so we get to know your dancing, sit in a few workshops. If in the first 30 days you feel it is not for you, email us and we will give you your money back. No questions asked.

QUESTIONS DANCERS ASK
Before you join
What does access actually mean?
You pay once and you keep access for as long as BTM Academy exists. I am not going to say forever, because nothing is forever and I would rather be straight with you. What I can say is that it has been running since 2019 and there are members who have been here the whole time.
Is there a monthly fee?
Do I have to do the 13 lessons before the rest?
What if I cannot make Tuesdays?
How much time do I need?
Do I have to post my dancing?
What level is this for?
Do you offer a refund?
IMAGINE YOUR NEXT ROUND
You already have the moves
Picture walking into the cypher and not caring what song comes on. The track drops, one you have never heard, and instead of overthinking you settle in and start to play. No stress, no scrambling, just you and the music. That is what happens when you stop fighting the music and start listening to it.
P.S. £397 once, or three payments of £139. Thirteen lessons across twenty-six weeks, nine Lab sessions, a practice sheet for every lesson, a weekly class every Tuesday and every recording, 28 guest workshops plus every one that comes after, somewhere to post your work and be seen, and a system that tells you what to practise next. Thirty days to decide.
